Controls enforced by the platform
Geo rules
Per-brand allowed and blocked regions with a blocked-region page. Which regions to exclude is the operator's decision; enforcement is the platform's.
Self-exclusion
A profile control for the player, a block modal and a restricted route once active.
Bans and sessions
Account bans are checked at the API layer on every state-changing call, not only at login. One active session per account is enforced.
Authentication
MFA and passkeys are available for players and staff. Staff access is role-based and scoped to the brands and entities each admin may see.
Identity and redemption
Date of birth is captured at signup. Redemption requests show KYC status, document upload with OCR-assisted review and a timeline; staff approve and dispatch, or reject with an atomic refund.
Audit trail
An append-only ledger with balance snapshots, admin audit logs and scheduled wallet integrity checks that flag discrepancies for review.
Legal pages, per brand
Terms, privacy, sweepstakes rules, redemption policy and responsible play pages live per brand, alongside the brand's legal name, registration and footer disclaimer. The platform hosts and displays them; the text is written by the operator with counsel, and multi-language versions are managed by admins with per-brand overrides.
Fairness in skill games
Fairness in a skill game means every player can be given the same board and the reported score can be trusted. The platform issues a seed for every run, signs every session, settles every result once on the server and checks scores against rules and calibrated ceilings before a reward is paid. Rejections are logged, and the mechanics are documented so counsel can assess a title with evidence rather than assertion.
What stays with the operator
- The markets entered, and the geo rules configured for each brand.
- Official sweepstakes rules, redemption terms and responsible play policy, reviewed by counsel.
- KYC and anti-money-laundering thresholds, reviewer assignments and escalation.
- Age and identity verification beyond the date of birth captured at signup.
- Marketing claims made to players, and the wording of every legal page.
iPlaySkillz is a platform. It is not a licence, a legal opinion or a compliance certification, and it does not decide where or how an operator may run a product.
